Care Instructions
Vacuum Cleaner Instructions
It's essential to vacuum your carpet at least once a week from the day of purchase, ideally using an electrically driven brushing vacuum cleaner. This type of vacuum removes dust and dirt more effectively and helps maintain the carpet's original look by preventing yarn felting. Lint formation is normal with new carpets and does not harm the quality. Regularly check and clean the dust filter or replace the vacuum bag, especially during the first few months.
Stain Treatment Instructions
Treat stains immediately to prevent them from becoming permanent. For fresh stains, dampen a terry towel with cold water, wring it out, and place it over the stain without rubbing or dabbing. Start by gently removing the substance with a spoon, working from the edges toward the center. Avoid rubbing, as it can spread the stain and damage the carpet fibers, making the stain more noticeable. Do not use dishwashing liquid, detergents, or bleaching agents, as they can leave residue and harm the carpet. Instead, use a specialized carpet stain remover like ChemDry.
Things to Avoid
Do not use harsh Brissels and blades on your carpet to tackle a stain
If something drastic falls onto your carpet it’s best to bring in a professional cleaning company to take care of it
